Located on the far east end of the Culver City Arts District, the site sits on the north side of Washington Blvd., west of Fairfax Blvd. The site covers one city block between Dauphine on the west and Earnest on the east and contains two existing buildings totaling approximately 11,000 square feet and outdoor courtyard areas totaling 4,900 square feet. The site is accessible by public transportation, with a Bus Transit Center 3 blocks to the east. Additionally, the site is accessible by bicycle, once the Culver City protected bicycle lane is extended to connect with the protected bicycle lane to the east in the City of Los Angeles.
